You have 2 ways to generate points to get discounts:

1. Shopping. On all your online purchases, you generate 1 point for every peso of purchase and each point is equivalent to 10 cents.

Example: For a purchase of $3,000 MXN, you generate 3,000 points, which are equivalent to $300 MXN of credit for your next purchase. In order to accumulate points for your purchases , you must register on our website and log in before making each purchase.

2. Referral League. As part of the loyalty program, you will also have access to a referral league that you can share with your friends; if they make a purchase, you both get $50 MXN credit for your next purchase!

How many points do I have?

    1. Go to www.casildamut.com.mx.

  • 2. Log in to your account with your registered email and passwords. If you don't have an account yet, create one right there.


    3. After logging in, click on the gift icon (bottom corner
    left of your screen).

  • 4. There you can see the points you have available.

How to use the available points?

  • 1. Once logged in, you must add your product(s) to the cart.

    2. Go back to the gift icon and click on the option: “How to redeem points?”

  • 3. In “How to redeem points?”, you can select the discount you want to apply to your purchase. Keep in mind that depending on the number of points you have, you will have the option to generate a coupon of $100 MXN , $200 MXN , $300 MXN , $400 MXN and $500 MXN . You must click on “Get reward” and accept the creation of the coupon.

  • To use the $100 MXN , $200 MXN , $300 MXN , $400 MXN and $500 MXN coupons , you must make a minimum purchase in your total:


    - $2000 MXN for coupons of $100 MXN , $200 MXN and $300 MXN
    - $2500 MXN for the $400 MXN coupon
    - $3000 MXN for the $500 MXN coupon

    All coupons are valid for 3 months.

  • 4. When redeeming the number of points of your preference, you will have the option of using the coupon that best suits you.

    5. You must select “apply” if you want the system to apply the coupon directly to your cart; or, “copy to my clipboard” if you want to add it manually at checkout.

  • Likewise, you will receive an email with the coupon in case you do not want to use it at that time and apply it later.

  • If you use the automatic option, at your checkout you will see the corresponding coupon applied.

    If you do it manually, you must paste the code in the “discount code” box and click “use” so that it is reflected in your total, and that's it!

  • 6. Enter your delivery and payment information to receive your purchase in the comfort of your home.

Steps to share your referral league

    1. Go to www.casildamut.com.mx.
    2. Sign in with your registered account.

  • 3. Click on the gift icon (lower left corner of your screen).

  • 4. You must enter the How to redeem points section?

    5. Later, in the “Refer someone” part, click on the “Share league” option.

  • 6. A new window will open, where the link will be. Copy the link to your clipboard and share it with your friends.

    7. They must enter from the link you shared and create their account.

    Done! When they make their first purchase, they'll both receive $50 MXN in shopping credit.

Remember that loyalty program coupons cannot be combined with other coupons .
