The commitment to positive collaboration with our allies is based on three pillars:
Respect
We work closely with our allies, fostering a relationship built on trust and respect for their work, intellectual property, and the traditions of Indigenous communities.
Development
We aim to support the personal development of all our allies, empowering their growth and independence.
Scalability
As our brand grows, we create more opportunities both for and alongside our allies.
Artisanal Work
We create economic and sociocultural impact by providing job opportunities for women in the Highlands of Chiapas. We collaborate with 52 artisans from five different communities in Chiapas: San Juan Chamula, San Pedro Chenalhó, Abasolo, Amatenango del Valle, and Aguacatenango.
Our team is further supported by 23 individuals who work in our workshop and across our four retail locations in various cities.
Workshops
The production process is carried out in two workshops: the San Cristóbal de las Casas Workshop and the Chiapa de Corzo Workshop.
Both workshops are made up of women from each city who, upon joining, receive training in various production tasks. The goal is to help them professionalize in trades such as sewing, cutting, pattern making, and administrative activities.

Communities we collaborate with
Casilda Mut is the result of collective work.
We are different people who collaborate every day with extraordinary ideas, skills and hands. We try to forge more than just a working relationship with women and other members of our company; we seek to strengthen social and cultural ties. We promote empowerment and professional development.
